These Colombian coffee farms are Excelso grade coffees (15/16 screen size) that have been cupped and evaluated for their "workhorse" versatility. These lots are expected to have a balance of sweetness, fruity effervescence, and a foundation of cocoa and/or toffee.

Coffees in Ethiopia are typically grown on very small plots of land by farmers who also grow other crops. The majority of smallholders will deliver their coffee in cherry to a nearby washing station or central processing unit, where their coffee will be sorted, weighed, and paid for or given a receipt. Coffee is then processed by the washing station and dried on raised beds. This bean is known for its vibrant fruity flavor and is a personal favorite of our lead roaster.

This local farmer has been growing coffee beans since 1990 and is known for their high quality beans consisting of sweet and savory flavors with a winey acidity. Definitely a great choice in our selection of South American origins.

These beans consist of multiple contributing producers that are members of APECAP, located in the south of Ecuador. These farms are expected to have a balance of sweet and tart flavors with a creamy finish.

Similar to our Ethiopia beans, our Kenyan farmers will grow these beans on small plots of land and deliver the coffee cherries to a local washing station to be washed, dried, and bagged. These beans are known for their tangy acidity and fruit-like sweetness with a smooth aftertaste.
